The Fujifilm X-T4, the best all around Hybrid for me. Great photo, great video, pair a mic to it and you have a nice streamlined set up for run and gun.

I keep it simple. 2 lenses and a rode videomicro (I think that is what its called), and some extra batteries and a strap. Filter Nest from mindshift gear. That has some ND’s, Mist filters, and step up and down rings.
